Bala ~ North Wales
Situated in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park
The historic market town of Bala is situated at the southern boundary of the Snowdonia
National Park and is surrounded by hills, mountains and forests. It is a mecca for
everyone who loves the outdoors and beautiful inspiring scenery and attracts thousands
of visitors every year. Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is the largest and deepest natural
lake in Wales offering excellent sailing, canoeing and fishing. Just five miles outside
town, can be found the National White Water Centre, which offers white water rafting
